I received a damaged item. What now?
All orders will be carefully packaged to prevent this. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email us email@example.com within 7 days of receipt and explain the issue. We will happily replace the item for you or give a full refund. We are unable to accept returns on items after 7 days. We do require the item to be sent back to us so we can see the damage.
* Please note that we are unable to refund on items which have small variations in colour and grain due to the natural products used.

All our pricing is listed and charged in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
What if I enter an incorrect address by mistake?
If an order is delivered to an incorrect address and needs to be sent again, you will be charged for the additional delivery as well.
We use a shipping agent to send all orders. Orders within New Zealand should arrive in 1-5 days.
